Microsoft UX Designer interview questions

Got reached out by design manager - had a phone screen with them - got put in touch with recruiter for next steps. This is where things became terrible. The recruiter took forever to book a virtual onsite interview and when booked, they kept rescheduling until they didn't get back to me with a specific date. They ignored my emails for awhile and then after i sent my last email, they told me they had filled the position This has to be one of the worst recruitment experience especially since i didn't even apply, they reached out to me. Do better Microsoft

It is a 4 round process with 3 round technical and 1 HR round. All the technical rounds consisted of online zoom interviews of about 1.5 hrs. The HR round was basically about my fitting in the team.
