Microsoft UX Designer interview questions

The interview was around 30 minutes. It was over Zoom and the interviewer was a manager who asked a series of questions around the topics of personal experience, UX, and development.

It was a very strange experience. First I got an email from the Creative Director, then I talked to the hiring manager, it was an awesome conversation. But then the recruiter stepped in the process itself and everything went awry. I had a rather weird call with an HR, she said rather unpleasant words that it’s not clear at all how I could reach this stage, etc.
