I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Miro
Interview
Phone screen, interview with manager/director, QBR presentation with the same manager/director with 2 other CSMs.
The prompt was fairly straightforward, but one of the data points wasn't clear, and the prompt has a link to the project that gives a 404 error message. When I brought this up, I was told that they like to keep things purposefully vague to see how candidates handle it. Kind of get it, but also kind of annoying.
It looks like Miro has been made aware of candidates requesting feedback but not receiving any. They are sure now in their templated rejection email to include that if we need any help in the future or feedback on the decision, they are happy to give it. They don't give you the feedback, but it is nice that they offer to give you the thing that they don't give you.
Started with a screening call with recruiter. Next was a 30 minute phone interview with hiring manager. I followed up and they told me they had gone with another candidate who had experience dealing with SMB customers.
I applied online. I interviewed at Miro (Amsterdam)
Interview
The interview process was HR > Behavioral > Case > Behavioral again with more senior people. It's a lot of time invested - perhaps 12 hours of your time. I received very positive feedback after each step. But after not getting an offer after the final behavioral interviews, I asked for feedback. The feedback was based on my first interviews. I feel as if they wasted my time. Why would you put me through preparing a case interview and speaking with more senior people in the final interviews if you reject people after notes from the initial calls? I feel as if they wasted my time and energy.
