5 steps: screening call, hiring manager call, case study, cultural interview, head of interview. they fast-tracked my application so I went through everything in 2 weeks. The case was a QBR, which they are now changing, and it was pretty challenging.

Question 1
Have you worked with product teams where there was a misalignment/conflict of interests, and how did you handle that?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Miro (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2022
Interview
The interview process was extensive, but I consistently received great feedback directly after each interview. I never felt as though I was "in the dark" after each step in the process. Overall my interview process was very positive and I had a lot of support from the team the entire time!

Interview
It was good and all people that I met were friendly and nice to talk to.
Before each step, the recruiter made sure to give me all info needed to be successful.
Only the offer stage was a bit stressful and took long.
I believe it was due to the holiday season and quarter prioritization. The recruiter kept me in the loop though ;)
