I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Miro (New York, NY) in Jun 2022
Interview
The interview process was quite lengthy (7 rounds total with a project). However, I had an amazing experience with the recruiter and hiring manager. The recruiter prepped me for each stage of the process and helped me zone in my prep for each call. The interview questions felt standard and there weren't any huge surprises. All and all a good experience!

Question 1
All behavioral interview questions based on past experiences.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Miro (Austin, TX) in May 2022
Interview
Overall process was smooth. It took about 1 month from phone screen to offer. I expect it could have been faster if I had scheduled the interviews closer together. Pretty much everyone that I spoke with is someone that I feel like I would get along with if we weren't colleagues and that was a big deciding factor for me.

Question 1
Tell me about a time that you used data to solve a problem
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Miro in May 2022
Interview
This is how the interview process went:
- Initial phone interview to go over the role, company, and interview process
- Take home assessment was required to move forward. This took a couple of hours to compete.
- Second interview was with the manager of the support team over Zoom. He asked behavioral questions in the STAR method and some puzzle questions. One of the puzzle questions was something like "If you had x number of marbles and they were all the same weight except one, which was heavier, how would you find the heavier ball?"
- Then there were two back to back Zoom call interviews. One was with a support team member and another was with a client success manager. These were not technical and followed the STAR method as well.
After all that I was in the middle of scheduling a follow up call. I thought I was about to get the role since the recruiter reached out and wanted to have a quick call with an update but then stopped responding to emails. She did follow up like a month later with an apology which is why I am giving a neutral review. It sucked to be so far along the process and be ghosted though.
Overall is was fine, just very time consuming!
