Miro interview questions

Process took over two weeks with 3-4 hours of time dedicated to non-recruiter interviews (1 group peer interview, 1 hiring manager interview). Even though I completed all steps, the hiring manager did not circle back before a final decision which was provided via phone by the recruiter rather than email. At this stage in the process it feels promising to have a scheduled call for a decline which could feel sour for some. Same position was re-posted within a ~ 1-2 months and while the team was growing I did not get the impression it would be adding a new non-backfill role opening that quickly.

I was contacted shortly after my application. I loved the recruiter, was super friendly. It was a great experience as a candidate and the company seems like a great place to work.
