Miro interview questions

The job application was straight forward. Applied on the portal, the recruiter reached out for an initial call. Spoke with the lead for my first interview, things went well. Submitted the take home test and sent it for review. As a result, team got back inviting for second interview. Second interview went positively and finally had the last interview. Spoke with two team leads in terms of cultural fit check. After which spoke with HR and discussed working conditions and offer details. Spent 14+ hours on this process but the communication by the HR was not on point. In the middle of the interview process the HR left for vacation and did not hand over the candidate profile to substitute HR. Neither was an automatic response set up during this absence. One of the interviewers helped me get in touch with a substitute HR. Later, I received a mail from the substitute that they are not going ahead with this process (at the end after several discussions regarding working conditions and offer details). Nobody reached out with a feedback either as to why the process did not move ahead. I think this was one of the worst experiences I have had with regards to giving an interview with a company. Terribly delayed responses, poor communication and absolutely no feedback.
