I had 6 interviews at Miro:
1. HR interview
2. Interview with Director of Engineering
3. System Design
4. OPS interview
5. Another interview with Director of Engineering
6. Interview with 2 Development managers of the stream
Interview process is a mess since steps 2, 5, 6 are exactly the same interviews, I passed 2 and 5 but got rejected after the last one with really lame explanation
like team size I managed is smaller that what they have (I explicitly asked a team size, and they mentioned 3-4 people, I managed a team of 10+), and low experience with performance reviews (which is also BS since I provided concrete examples), so two times same answers were ok, but 3d time - no, what a mess.
It is funny since one of the company motos is "No to BS", but what they do and tell is actually BS.
