Interview
Phone interview - hr
another phone interview - hiring manager
in person interview 1 on 1 with 4 people.
I didn't get an offer, I suspect they were looking for someone to stay long term, and it seems like once you get into the door, you can move to other areas of the firm easily. Think I should have played the I want to be a financial data associate for a long time card.

Interview
Applied online and got a call back from someone in the Moody's HR team and was scheduled an interview the following week.
The office itself is very bland and not very welcoming, I walked in and no one greeted me and got a very negative vibe in this workplace. Majority of employees looked as if they had been working the majority of the day and had no work life balance - they looked as if they just woke up from bed and were working to pay the bills. No one really speaks English in this company either.
I had an interview with two members of the team - which went well. They asked me about my background and experience and I really got a long with them. It was more of a friendly conversation that an interview.
The second part of the interview - I had a meeting with two of the managers in the department. All I can say is WOW - one of senior lady repeated a question about problem solving like 5 times and I had to keep mentioning "As I said previously.." as it didn't look as if it registered in her head. The other manager was just glaring at me as if he hadn't slept in over a month and was just present for the sake of it. Company socials are a rarity in this company as they stated the last one they had was 6 months ago and all they did was go to a bar.
The company website is full of lies - they make it sound as if this seems like a great place to work with excellent flexibility but when I spoke to the colleagues they said they end up working crazy hours past working hours and hardly have time to have any sort of communication.
I would seriously avoid applying here - you will be stuck in a place full of depression, doing a job you don't like and working to pay the bills.
