I applied for the international graduate trainee programme. I received an email with a link to an online assessment. The test consisted of three parts: logical quiz (IQ test), answering emails, and personal self-evaluation. In general, not very difficult, just time-constrained (you should rather hurry up). I thought I did fine (I did not get an automatic rejection within 24 hours, which I would have received if I had failed the test) but after a couple of days I got a rejection. I was curious about the reason, so I asked about that in an email and I was informed that my academic background does not fit Munich Re. Fair enough - just a pity they do not check that before you spend one hour on the online test.
