I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Munich Re
Interview
I was first contacted by email for completing my application with some certificates. Then I was invited for a personal/technical interview with the head of the department: we had a pleasant discussion, the interviewer was kind and professional. The interview was in German and in English.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Munich Re (Princeton, NJ) in Nov 2014
Interview
I interviewed with 6 people, including some from HR, the head of the program, and a selection of managers from different departments. It took about half a day and, while organized, was not too stuffy or formal. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to. I received an offer by the end of the day (I interviewed on the last day of interviews).
