Munich Re interview questions

phone interview followed by in person. meet everyone in the team and all the senior managements. total about half a day for in person interview. the offer takes a long time since it has to go through munich's head office and requires approval for head counts.

mostly just standard HR Questions, strength, weakness, where do u see yourself in 5 years, leadership style. No need to prepare too much for technical questions becasuse you won´t get them. Best to give answers you think they want to hear, not neccasirly the most truthful answers. Sadly, that is the way the company is run.
