An online assessment was taken as the first step for the graduate trainee program. The test comprised of 3 sections. It was not very time consuming to do this test.

Interview process was straight forward, fast and transparent. They knew what they were looking for and were specific about their questions to determine the right fit. They were generally very kind, honest and smart people and were focussed on getting good work done.
