NCR Corporation interview questions

I had 3 phone interviews followed by 3 hours of onsite interviews with the immediate manager, department head and group vice president. Most of the time was spent on personality questions versus the actual job and responsibilities. The atmosphere was pretty casual. I was offered the position, provided i passed the requisite drug screen and background check.

Interview Process is Quite Easy: First Round is Online Written Test Quite Eay comprise of English,logical reasoning,programming questions related to Operating Sytem,Software Testing,and two very basic programs Second Round:Interview with basic technical questions related to java,Sql,Linux,basic programming questions Third Round:Interview by Project Manager this round will decide your final selection Fourth Round:HR round will explain post and work to do if selected
