I applied online. I interviewed at NCR Corporation (New York, NY) in Jan 2020
Interview
I had three interviews. The first two were with HR, and the last was with one of the department managers. The interviewers were friendly and asked the typical questions, how would you handle a difficult client, etc. How would you handle a stressed out employee, how would you handle a client that has complained about the same issue, etc. After awhile I knew I didn't want this job. Sounds like there are issues with NCR if all the clients are angry all the time. There were no positive scenarios or details about how the job was positive, engaging, rewarding, all of what a potential candidate would be seeking. Everything was negative, and I did not want to be in a position that had to deal with angry clients all day long. Something else must be wrong with their product or service to entail that much conflict. Not for me and thankful I didn't fall into that miserable position.
