I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NHS (London Borough of Enfield, England) in Mar 2024
Interview
It was quite casual. More of a discussion and a lot of scenario questions instead of knowledge based questions. Also questions that focused on yourself as an individual. Overall a good experience, I felt comfortable speaking to those interviewing me they did not make it obvious that they were taking notes and made sure to make me feel comfortable by asking relaxed questions.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at NHS (Newport, Newport, Wales) in Sep 2024
Interview
Very friendly, nice. First went though reading a case for 15 mins and writing up a formulation and next steps to eb discussed at the beginning of the interview. Then went through several Qs, there were 3 people (team leader, clinical psychologist, and peer mentor). Feedback provided afterwards and they were quick to call back (next day). Took almost an hour in total.
