Firstly an online application - This was followed by a shortlist invite - next was a zoom interview with two people - then invite to the site to meet the team

Highly competitive, very difficult to get an interview the clinical skills required are tough to get/tough to compete against others. Usually requires a masters or other research experience to gain an interview. Interviews are with a panel and are clinical scenarios I prepared by watching youtube videos of previous applicants.
