NTT DATA Consultant interview questions

• Terrible experience!! • The interviewer was not informed about the schedule and was not prepared for the interview. (This was when the interview was confirmed a week in advance) • After 5 mins into the interview the interviewer gets a call from his boss and he walks out of the interview room saying he was not aware about this interview and it is not his responsibility to interview and sends someone else to manage the mess • The other person who comes in is more interested in how I manage my personal life (kids) rather than my work. • The team assures me that there will be another meeting scheduled and never responds to any emails. • After this whole mess there is not even a single person to apologize for all the goof up • Total waste of an hour on a working day • Advice to the team—Please sort out your internal mess before reaching out to external candidates. When you make a mistake take ownership. Please treat people who come in for interview with some respect.

This the wrost process I have gone through. I qualified all round around a month back and now HR came to me with concern I am asking too much as per my experience - then I agreed on there package also then they told I will get my offer within a week. Then after 15 days after calling so many times they pick the call and told me that my demand is high and they don't have any vacancy as per my experience. So they can not release my offer. After qualifying 3 round of interview then they said they will send offer letter within a week. Same thing happen with my frnds also if they dnt have ability to pay then why they are hiring they want people to work free for their company This type of behavior I didn't expected from this firm. For sure in future m not going for this company. Even I have all mail for submitting the document also
