I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NTT DATA (London, England) in Dec 2017
Interview
1.phone
2. f2f with consultant
3. presentation and final interview
Really good experience up until the final interview.
I felt as if the interviewers had already made their mind up before I had entered the room. They seemed to not read the instructions on the final exercise and reduced the time allowance from 15 minutes to 5 minutes – they almost seemed as if they only did the second part of the interview to humour me and to get me out of the door as quickly as possible – ‘Oh you don’t need 15 minutes for this’. It was strange, as the culture of the firm bar this experience had come across as very healthy. I think there is a level of decency that you should extend to all candidates even if they aren’t the right fit for your firm as they take the time to apply to you.
Initial part of the final interview is a 15-minute presentation followed by feedback and questions about your experience. The final part was a critical / logical thinking business case about a client coming to you for help starting a business from scratch. All relatively straight forward. No data analysis at all. A point to note is that NTT Data’s business consulting arm is heavily delivery focused.
Apart from the experience in the final interview, the recruiter that made contact was outstanding and friendly and so was the first consultant I met. The office is nice and well located and they seem a firm that is going on to some great things.
Goodluck!
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NTT DATA (Cincinnati, OH) in Feb 2015
Interview
I got selected from college career fair and interviewed the next day .It is college to career program.Short interview and ask for written questioner .and received an offer after a week. College interview and the interview was easy - more behavioral questions- what is your weakness- skill set from college -willing to relocate and salary expectation.

No major hurdle but just that the company was growing and was asked to describe my proficiency for Oracle EAM. I listed all the functionalities and went through fine. Overall, experience was smooth and good
