NTT DATA Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

The interview was conducted over Zoom. The questions are pretty standard and you’ll be meeting one of the supervisors from the teams. They are very friendly and the process was comfortable. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.

The process was easy, they reach out and schedule a phone interview, after your phone interview depending on how well you did, they set up an in person interview and let know about the company and goals.
