NTT DATA Senior Associate Consultant interview questions

AMCAT shortlist followed by 3 more rounds: GD,technical and HR. it took the entire day but we were handed our offer letters. GD rounds were conducted in batches of 10 people after which around 5 people were sent to the next round. There was a focus on communication skills and your ability to "convince" the interviewer. This was followed by conceptual questions from your branch. i was asked my strongest and weakest subjects and then grilled on my weakest subjects.

It took me 2 hours and 2 interviews(Tech n HR) to secure myself a job at NTT. Both the interviews were similar in terms of the type of questions. My technical interview focused 50% of programming and the rest on my background details(Schooling, College, Project). The HR interview surprisingly also focused on my programming skills, the proportion of questions remaining the same. It was a good response overall. The staff was encouraging and disciplined. Can't wait to be a part of it.
