I applied through an employee referral. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Nokia (Sankt Petersburg, ) in Jul 2018
Interview
I sent a CV via one of employees to Saint-Petersburg development office.
First I was sent a set of 5 simple tasks that I had to solve and send back to them. After I was invited to the technical interview which lasted about 1,5 to 2 hours. I was thoroughly asked about my previous experience and solved some simple tasks with the interviewers. After a long wait I was invited to an interview with managers who asked me about my preferences and what I want to do on this job. They told me that I will get a feedback in 3 weeks but after 3 weeks there was no feedback so I wrote them myself. They told me that they were currently stopping hiring at Saint-Petersburg office at all so I didn't get the job. Waste of time, very disappointed. And a very long wait between interviews. Organization also was poor. When I visited the office I had to wait in a hot room because there was no one at reception and no one answered the phone number on the door where it was written "Call this number if no one is at reception". So I had to call the HR and then wait for someone to open the door for me.
