Interview
Applied online. Took a few weeks for HR to get back and schedule an interview. The actual interview was with the manager of the department/team seeking the new colleague and it was about 1.5 hours of friendly, casual conversation about what they do and my past experiences and skills. The open conversation allowed me to get an in-depth understanding of the actual job and expectations and likewise I believe they got a picture of how I could fit.
