General programming test with basic algorithm questions (e.g. Fibonacci numbers). Java fundamentals, collections (class hierarchy), difference between String, StringBuilder,Stringbuffer.
Personal interview was hands-on coding. Two senior guys gave me instructions what to implement and asked questions. Started with a simple Hello World, access modifiers, naming conventions, comparable interface, unit testing and there was a concurrency task.
