The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Elkton, MD) in Jan 2023
Interview
Chill interview process. Spoke with manager, he asked some questions about my experience and I answered. Then we talked about his background and the job. Nothing technical. Overall a very easy interview.

Interview
Very simple process. No technical questions. Just 2 short behavioral interviews that were very straight forward. They even provide you with exceptions of what to be asked about. Overall was straightforward and easy to prepare for

Tell me about some of your past experience? Do you have any collegiate experience that is applicable to this role?

Interview
Behavioral Interview. Throughout my interview process, I only had one interview; no phone screening, no "final" interview, just one interview and that's it. The interviewers were friendly and professional; there was not one moment in the interview where I felt stressed or tense. They made me feel very comfortable, and this made me answer my questions to the best of my ability. Really nice and great people, and I can't wait to work with them. My interview experience was great. I cannot say the same for the length of the hiring process. I had to wait 5 weeks, give or take, to hear back from them. Patience is definitely key for NGC. I heard that they're notoriously slow for their hiring process. People were not wrong.
