I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Dec 2023
Interview
Heard from the recruiter and scheduled an interview; the hiring manager had to reschedule, but sent a kind note in advance. My interview itself went well, and although it consisted of some thought-provoking questions, went over very smoothly. The team maintained constant communication and provided me with an update on my application just under 24 hours after the interview, which I truly appreciated.

Interview
This behvaioral interview was overall pretty chill and they asked a lot of the baseline questions that you would expect from a normal interview. From my memory, I think it was a normal 45 minute interview with 6ish questions.
