Northrop Grumman interview questions

very simple process, call w/ recruiter and then hiring manager. Questions very generic to your personality and STAR responses. took a while to get an offer but declined it due to finding something else. seems like a great company

30 minute interview. They mostly asked personality-based questions. The one technical question they asked was "describe a time when you had to solve a technical problem." They also asked me what I like to do in my free time as an icebreaker question.
