I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Feb 2022
Interview
30 minute interview. They mostly asked personality-based questions. The one technical question they asked was "describe a time when you had to solve a technical problem." They also asked me what I like to do in my free time as an icebreaker question.

Question 1
How have you handled working with a difficult coworker?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Clearfield, UT)
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me then the company did not seem very interested in me once I got on the interview. It took a very long time to get the rejection afterwards, not that I was expecting to get it, just odd they took so long to close the loop. Also the interviewers had their camera off so I was just talking to their initials on the screen.

Question 1
They asked why I applied for the job even though they reached out to me and I did not apply but was sought out. Didn't seem like there was a lot of continuity between the recruiter and the interviewer.
The interview process was very simple and straightforward. I received invitation to interview after a career fair and only had one virtual interview that consisted of a few very basic behavioral/technical questions.
