I applied online. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman
Interview
It was an hour long microsoft teams meeting. It was only me with my camera on, and three interviewers without cameras. The interviewers explained the organization structure and who they were (program manager, functional manager, etc). They shared their academic/research backgrounds. They made it very easy to share my similar background and previous work done.

I applied online. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Rancho Bernardo, CA)

Question 1
Describe a situation where you had to solve a problem or take initiative
From application to interview. They got back to me about a month after I submitted my application. Set up the interview and had a call with the person who would be my manager. Strictly behavioral interview asking common interview questions. Not technical leaning at all.
