Northrop Grumman interview questions

Went to their website, read job spec carefully, applied and ... got rejection which says that "I don't meet basic requirements". I contacted with resource team, which explain to me that I don't meet security clearance requirements . I pointed to them that there is nothing about this kind of requirements in job spec published on their website, but they insist that all is correct. In job spec says that I need to be able to gain SC clearance, but I got rejected that I don't have already DV clearance. Terrible !!!
