Northrop Grumman interview questions

Scheduled for a phone interview with 2 people for 30 minutes. Spent 5 minutes asking technical questions such as why would you use X technology, and the remainder of the time was spent talking about their personal lives. Seemed like a huge waste of everyone’s time interviewing, and they did not get back to me until months later.

It was a straight forward technical interview nothing out of the norm. Basic experience and troubleshooting questions for RF and electronics. The guys who were running the interview knew their stuff and where easy to talk to.
