I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Santa Barbara, CA) in Oct 2022
Interview
I applied online and heard back about 2 weeks later. The recruiting coordinator set up an interview for me to meet with a manager. NG was #1 on my list and I spent so much time prepping for this interview with the manager! I really felt like I had completely aced it. It was about an hour long and everything went super well. I was told that I should reach out to my recruiter (who I had never ever talked to in the first place) for feedback or updates. I followed up with her about a week after my interview and did not hear back at all. I got a generic rejection email 2 days after my followup. I sent the manager who I had interviewed with a followup thanking her immensely for her time, asking for some feedback, and just letting her know that NG was #1 for me. I also let her know that if anything that was more well aligned popped up later, to please keep me in mind. It was a really genuine and well thought out email but unfortunately I didn't hear back at all. Total bummer from a company I had so much respect for. Why can't people just be human??
