I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Hilo, HI) in Jul 2022
Interview
2 interviews, both phone screens. First interview was small-talk plus projects and experience. Second Interview, I was asked a couple questions about myself followed by some technical questions about Java. Was asked OOP and syntax related questions. Overall, really easy and no live-coding was involved.
