Northrop Grumman interview questions

First, there was a 10 minute phone interview screening followed by roughly a 45 minute video interview. The decision time was stated to be between 2-3 weeks. The hiring manager was very open to questions and wanted to develop a conversation more than anything.

The interview was virtual with two mangers. Very upbeat and great people. The questions were pretty basic behavioral questions, nothigng technical. I enjoyed the process and I think they were great interviewers.
