I applied in-person. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman
Interview
While it seemed great on the surface, I was fed a lot of "smoke and mirrors" during the interview process. I discovered later, after I took the job, that there were plenty of false promises during the interview process.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Melbourne, FL) in Jul 2022
Interview
Applied online and was scheduled for an interview 3 weeks later. Participated in a panel interview with 2 engineers for less than an hour. They asked me about my resume and then asked 2 STAR questions.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Pretty straightforward - started with a screening call from an internal recruiter, who was super nice, and she let me know what the process would be. She was my go-to contact throughout the process. Had an initial quick call with the hiring manager where they just told me about the position and let me ask clarifying questions, and then a follow up 'panel' interview that had more of the traditional interview questions about past experience/skills/personal traits etc. Nothing super out of left field, though.
