Northrop Grumman interview questions

The interview process was fairly relaxed. The interviewer asked about my goals, interests, and my work/projects. Overall very nice, this is a position for an entry-level/early career position, so not too heavy on technical but a bigger focus on coursework and relevant projects.

Phone Interview and then pannel interview with HR Hiring Manager and Engineer. The interview was short and intense. I debriefed with an HR member after the interview and was told immediately that I did not qualify for the job and given recommendations to improve my desirability.
