I interviewed with two software managers. They interviewed me on the experience on my resume, and asked behavioral questions. . . . . . . . . . . .

Northrop Grumman partnered with my University. I did a resume drop to my school counselor then Northrop Grumman reached out to schedule an interview. The hiring managers visited the University campus the following week. It was an hour long interview for a business role. Questions were behavioral. Very friendly and professional individuals.
