I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Aug 2015
Interview
Tag team interview with 3 hiring managers asking standard interview questions. Wasn't difficult, just be prepared for off the wall questions. One was what's your biggest regret? Another was worst quality you have? Things you aren't really expecting to be asked. I'd recommend eye contact with each reviewer, not just the one asking the questions. Was blocked for 1 hour but lasted almost 2.
