Northrop Grumman interview questions

I was scheduled for a panel interview with a mix of three roles. There was the Manager of the area, and Engineer that supported the products, and a Product Line Manager that understood the schedule and cost needs. They asked me relevant and important questions to understand how I would be as a manager. In return I asked them about what expectations they had of the person taking the role.

Relatively hard, was given a test by the customer (contract) and watched as I filled out the answers; then had to discuss these questions with them. Nerve-racking, but probably shouldn't have been...
