Applied and a recruiter called me in 2 days to set up an in person interview. The interview was one on one with the hiring manager. It lasted about 30 minutes. Basic questions, nothing too difficult. Asked me to describe the position I was currently in and why I was applying for this specific position. Found out about a month later that I was not selected.

I was scheduled for a panel interview with a mix of three roles. There was the Manager of the area, and Engineer that supported the products, and a Product Line Manager that understood the schedule and cost needs. They asked me relevant and important questions to understand how I would be as a manager. In return I asked them about what expectations they had of the person taking the role.
