I applied online. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Quick and painless, the most difficult part about it was the waiting.
The hiring manager called me and did an initial phone screen fielding some questions such as "how do you feel about working on a team?" "where do you see yourself in 5 years?" or "What are your strengths/weaknesses?"nothing too technical, and also provided more information about the job I am interviewing for. Northrop Grumman HR contacted me shortly thereafter and did another phone screen with me and took down more information about myself. Afterward, I was flown out to San Diego for a final, in-person interview with the hiring manager and another manager. Similar questions were asked from the initial phone screen, the most technical one was for me to describe my capstone project.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Falls Church, VA) in Jul 2014
Interview
Odd for an EA role; initial interview was with the manager, second interview was with five multidisciplinary individuals, one having at one time been an assistant. It was admitted to me that I was the first person they were trying this interview style on; I found it awkward. The questions asked didn't fully pertain to someone in a support role. But I gave them points for trying a new style.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Received a call from the recruiter about 2 weeks after applying wanting to schedule a panel phone interview. Heard back about a week later asking to set up an in person interview in CA. A week later I received an offer.
