I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Palmdale, CA) in Dec 2023
Interview
40min 1st round interview with 2 engineers. The interviewers asked about previous school projects, military experience, and experience working in teams. They asked for my explanation of what a survivability engineer would do. Then they explained to me what I would be doing if hired. At the end they gave me time to ask any questions I had. I got a verbal offer 2 hours later.

How well do you work on a team. Large team vs small?
Short process that required a 1-on-2 with two team managers. Behavioral questions that are commonly found online and should be responded to in STAR format. Pretty straightforward, but be able to talk in detail about your experiences.
