Northrop Grumman Structural Engineer interview questions

I was working as a contractor for a different group within the company. I applied for a position with the company (the same group that I was currently supporting). It took about 4 months to get me to an interview. I waited for about 4-5 more months before receiving an offer.

One hour phone screen. Several STAR behavioral type questions. Then easy open ended technical questions. How do you verify good results from FEA software (hand calcs). Note this was for an internal transfer.
