I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Dulles, VA) in Sep 2022
Interview
Very brief. I had a single, 1-hour video call interview with the hiring manager. There were very few behavioral questions, most of the questions were about my technical experience. I received an offer the following week.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Melbourne, FL) in May 2020
Interview
Applied on Linkedin, the next day got an invitation for a Meet&Greet phone call with the recruiter. Recruiter asked some basic questions to see if I would even be allowed to go through the hiring process (citizenship status, etc.), then said the hiring manager is interested in my resume and wants to set up a video interview. A few days later, went in-depth on everything on my resume with the hiring manager, then was asked a few STAR questions. Phone call with HR manager about a week later, then an offer about a week after that. Whole process took about 4 weeks.
