I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Nuance (Pune) in Jun 2019
Interview
Interviewer was pressurised in delivery and without any introduction he showed me two paper problem statements. No detailing about what is he looking for ?
Had 15 mins discussion for problem statement and he left me to write a program in that room and continued his daily work. Hardly any interaction and to my surprise his logical level was very less and he was not knowing the technology I applied for. He was 5-6 years less experienced person than me and it was evident while I was explaining him my thought process about problem statements and his answers

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nuance (Pune) in May 2019
Interview
I was referred by a friend working at Nuance. The HR called me for a Face to Face Interview at their office in Yerwada Commerce zone.
There were two rounds one technical round followed by a managerial round. I cleared the technical round & then my managerial round went well.
After couple of days I seeked for the HR's feedback on my interview multiple times but the HR never bothered to get back to me over emails I sent & nor did she attend the phone calls.
This is really pathetic from a company's HR to not share feedback with the candidate.

1st Round : Basic QA questions like sql joins/testcases for ATM/severity -priority
2nd Round : with PM : More on functionality testing/scenario based/too many testcases to execute and no bandwidth etc.
3rd round : with Director : More focus on resume. Highlighted what I have not done in this last 6yrs . Seems to be a tactic to lower salary expectations .
4th Round : with QA director from US: explain current project tech stack/functionality
