Terrible communication. Very rude to never follow back. The recruiter reached out to set up a phone interview. On the day of the call, the recruiter never called so I reached out the same day to see what happened. They never followed back , so I waited for few days and followed up again but no response! No respect for others time! If you don't want to talk then why do you schedule, I had to take the morning off just to take their call as I didn't want to take the call at my current job. They never bothered to follow up or apologize for being so unprofessional!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nuance (Almeirim) in May 2019
Interview
First round was scheduled at the office of Nuance Pune. The bags needs to be kept outside before going to the interview room. The interviewer started with responsibilities and then turned the interview only towards selenium and java. But the attitude of the interviewer was such that only he knows everything. Was commenting on my answers like he was humiliating. Good of not to be a part of such a company where people doesn't have etiquette of talking to a candidate.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nuance (Pune) in Mar 2019
Interview
It started with coding test. After clearing the coding round immediately they called me for technical round. There were two members in interview panel. In that he asked more of the situation based questions. Third round was video Skype round with onsite product manager. This was mainly consists of why you leaving the current job and why you are interested in nuance. And some design patterns related questions. Fourth round was with director. He was more interested in attitudinal factors . Asked long term and short term goals. Expectations from company.
After clearing all these round final round was with HR for salary discussion.
