I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nuance (Pune) in Mar 2019
Interview
First Round is Written Programming Test where 3 programs will be given for which you have to write atleast two in a paper
Second round will be a F2F round, testing how you solved the problem in 1st round and few technology based questions on Java, its memory Model, its performance, Time and space complexity, multithreaded handling, collections. Hibernate, spring and its internal working. Unit testing and its internal working.
Third round will be another F2F round where they test your technical skills in an advanced level by digging deep into basics
Fourth round will be a Managerial round asking about your details, your positive negatives, reason for change, future expectations, few stress questions like what will you do if a tester irritates you, doesn't agree with you every time even though the tester is wrong and so on.
Fifth round will be discussion with Managing Director, where he explains about the projects and status of the company. In this round you will know whether you have been selected (For me in this round, the director guy told me that your resume is focused only on technology but we want a guy who is interested in product rather than technology)
Next will be HR round if you are lucky. If not they will keep on adding additional round till you leave their premises. Since they conduct on weekdays. People attend interview thinking it will be over in few hours. When i was attending the interview around 15 people left in the mid of interview because of them delaying the process.
I am one of the guy who stayed and i got this response. To be honest out of 50 people turned up for the interview. I was the last person to leave and even i didn't get the offer. Not sure why they conducted the drive.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nuance (Montreal, QC) in Mar 2019
Interview
There are 3 round of interview. The first two were via phone, and the last one would be on site. During the initial screening, the HR briefly explained the team, and then asked whether I have related experience on certain skills required in this position and asked me to explain the gap in my resume. The next phone interview was with the hiring manager. I introduced myself and was asked about the skill and past experience more in depth, no technical questions. Didn't get the on site interview.
