I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Nuance in Dec 2018
Interview
I had very good interviews with the HR Recruiter based in UK. He was doing his outmost but it was the management that seems to be unstable. My last interview with one manager was only 15 minutes so I knew that they already have decided and wasted my time. I spent a lot of time in interviews and frankly, I wasted it. No issues with HR recruitment but with the managers that seems not to be able to agree between themselves.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nuance in Apr 2018
Interview
2 algorithm questions and several language-related questions (OOP, Java, and Python). The interviewers are very nice and try to give you hints to follow. They asked a lot of detailed questions, if one doesn't have enough deep understanding, may fail easily.
