I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nuance (Montreal, QC) in Feb 2017
Interview
Met the recruiting manager at my university's career fair. He was very much interested in my profile. Within 2 weeks, I received an email to schedule a phone interview. The phone question was mostly behavioural. Also, we walked over my resume, my previous experience and my projects. She asked me a couple of technical questions. Within a week, I was scheduled an on-site interview where I met with the Manager (the same person I met at the career fair) and a Principal Software Engineer (someone with 15+ years of experience). The interview went on for 1 hour. Entirely technical and the last 5 minutes were allotted for my questions to the Manager. Overall, great experience.
