I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nuance (Melbourne, FL) in Jun 2018
Interview
Recruiter phone screen, manager phone screen, on site with the person who would have been my co-worker. Easy on site interview, I could answer every question. Ghosted. Recruiter wouldn't respond to calls or texts. I can't believe that a company of this size would treat a candidate like this.

Question 1
Basic: They asked me what data structure would I use to sort a library and search for a book. I suggested using a Map. Then they asked to write code which searches the map for a book title and returns how many copies it would have. Additionally they asked me to update the map when a new book entry was added. All done on paper
Hard: They gave me a binary tree, and asked me to print out the nodes in order. Needed to use recursion.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Nuance in Mar 2018
Interview
The interview is basically 2 portions. You first apply online which includes calculating your typing words-per-minute (if you aren't an experienced typer, this job is not for you), answering a number of questions about your goals and about yourself, and then submitting sample charts from recordings. If you have any experience writing up healthcare charts - this is a breeze. If you pass this portion, you will be contacted for a phone interview. The woman who interviewed me was lovely. She asked many questions regarding my experience, my goals, and she made it clear that this position would require dedication and time.
