I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nuance
Interview
Applied on the company website. Recieved a call from HR after 1 week describing the job responsiblities and the role. Thereafter a techinical phone interview with the hiring manager was conducted. The Phone round was quite easy....the manager explained about the project and asked about the previous roles you had with other organisations. Few basic C++ Java questions.
Thereafter there was a face to face round with the manager and the team. It was really good . The team was really encouraging. They asked few basic questions and showed a piece of code. Asked to explain what its doing on white board.
Showed me around the office and the kind of work they are doing.
Was really impressed by the office.
Next week recieved offer from HR.
Accepted and joined there after.
Overall a very good experience.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nuance
Interview
Contacted by a recruiter from a career connection site. Did a phone screening.
Scheduled an interview with a program manager who asked some non relevant questions to the position. (SCRUM master/scheduling questions for a software engineering role) Made it through the interview to the technical one.
Technical interview was a 2 hour long process. Where they tested on things that were kind of nuance based things about c# that weren't really testing technical capability but rather did you look up and understand all keywords before the screening.
